Effects of cluster nursing based on change theory on cognitive function and disease outcome in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage
Objective To explore the effects of cluster nursing based on change theory on cognitive function and disease outcome in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods A total of 100 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage who were hospitalized in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received cluster nursing based on change theory.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of the Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE)and Functional Cognition Index(FCI)between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of MMSE and FCI in the two groups increased,those in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the levels of β-endorphin(β-EP)and gonadotropin releasing hormone(GnRH)in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the levels of β-EP and GnRH in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The cluster nursing based on change theory can improve the cognitive function of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage,promote the disease outcome,reduce complications,and has the value of promotion.
