Application effect of modular nursing plan in the nursing of chronic prostatitis and its influence on patients'self-efficacy
Objective To analyze the application effect of modular nursing plan in the nursing of chronic prostatitis and its influence on patients'self-efficacy.Methods A total of 138 patients with chronic prostatitis treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control nursing group(65 cases)and module nursing group(73 cases)by cross double blind method.The control nursing group was given routine nursing,and the modular nursing group was given modular nursing plan.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of each dimension of Quality of Life Core Questionnaire(QLQ-C30),International Index of Erectile Function-5(IIEF-5)and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)scores in the modular nursing group were higher than those in the control nursing group,and the scores of National Institutes of Health-Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index(NIH-CPSI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were lower than those in the control nursing group(P<0.05).The rehabilitation compliance of the modular nursing group was better than that of the control nursing group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the module nursing group was higher than that in the control nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modular nursing plan in the nursing of chronic prostatitis has good application effect,which is worth of promotion.
