Effect of self-transcendence level on cardiac function recovery in patients after coronary artery bypass grafting
Objective To explore the effect of self-transcendence level on cardiac function recovery in patients after coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods A total of 104 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent coronary artery bypass grafting in Pingdingshan the Second People's Hospital from April 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects. The general baseline data questionnaire,Self-Transcendence Scale(STS),Coronary Self-Management Scale(CSMS)and 8-Item Morisky Medicationa Adherence Scale(MMAS-8)were used to investigate the patients'condition, the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was recorded when the patient returned to the hospital for reexamination at 6 months after operation, and the effect of self-transcendence level on the cardiac function recovery was analyzed. Results The STS score of 104 patients after coronary artery bypass grafting was 35-58 points, with an average of(45.78±5.19)points.The CSMS and MMAS-8 scores of the STS>45 point group were significantly higher than those of the STS≤45 point group(P<0.05).The LVEF of the STS>45 point group was(48.20±4.96)%,which was higher than(44.38±4.53)%of the STS ≤45 point group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.113,P<0.001).Linear regression analysis results showed that postoperative self-transcendence level,self-management ability and medication compliance could affect the cardiac function recovery in patients after coronary artery bypass grafting(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of self-transcendence of patients after coronary artery bypass grafting can affect the cardiac function recovery. The higher the level of self-transcendence,the better the cardiac function recovery after operation.
