Investigation on vaccination status and influencing factors of immunization program for children under 6 years old in Zhengzhou
Objective To explore the vaccination status and influencing factors of immunization program for children under 6 years old in Zhengzhou.Methods A total of 200 children under 6 years old and their parents living in Zhengzhou from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.General information and vaccination status of children under immunization program were collected by self-made questionnaire,and the influencing factors of immunization program vaccination were analyzed by univariate and multivariate Logistic regression.Results Among the 200 children,the vaccination rate of BCG was as high as 100.00%(200/200),and the vaccination rate of"Shimiao"was 91.50%(183/200).The results of univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in the vaccination rate of children's immunization program in terms of family monthly income,distance from residence to vaccination site,mother's educational level and parents'awareness of immunization program vaccine(P<0.05).The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that family monthly income,distance from residence to vaccination site,mother's educational level and parents'awareness of immunization program vaccine were the influencing factors of children's immunization program vaccination(P<0.05).Conclusion The immunization vaccination rate of children under 6 years old in Zhengzhou is relatively high,which is influenced by monthly income of the family,distance from the residence to the vaccination point,educational level of the mother and parents'awareness of the immunization program vaccine.
