Clinical research of five-element thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of diarrhea with spleen-Qi deficiency syndrome based on the theory of "Yihuo Butu"
Objective To observe the clinical effect of five-element thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of diarrhea with spleen-Qi deficiency syndrome under the guidance of the theory of"Yihuo Butu".Methods From January 2019 to December 2021,66 patients with diarrhea of spleen-Qi deficiency syndrome admitted in the spleen-stomach hepatobiliary disease department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of CM were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and treatment group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the treatment group was treated with five-element thunder-fire moxibustion on the basis of routine treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment and follow-up,the scores of main single symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the efficacy index of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total obvious effective rate of treatment of main single symptom of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total obvious effective rate of treatment of disease of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Five-element thunder-fire moxibustion based on the theory of "Yihuo Butu"in the treatment of diarrhea with spleen-Qi deficiency syndrome can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and obtain better therapeutic effect.
