Effect of compound Huangbai liquid paint combined with Waike Zuoyu formula fumigation on postoperative wound healing of anal fistula with damp-heat type
Objective To explore the effect of compound Huangbai liquid paint combined with Waike Zuoyu formula fumigation on postoperative wound healing of anal fistula with damp-heat type.Methods Sixty inpatients with anal fistula admitted in the colorectal surgery department of Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2016 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.During the study,two cases in the control group and one case in the treatment group were excluded.The control group was treated with Waike Zuoyu formula fumigation,and the treatment group was treated with compound Huangbai liquid paint combined with Waike Zuoyu formula fumigation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results On the 7th day after operation,the Visual Analogue Score(VAS)score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).On the 7th and 14th day after operation,the wound exudation score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).On the 7th and 14th day after operation,the wound granulation growth score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The wound healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compound Huangbai liquid paint combined with Waike Zuoyu formula fumigation can reduce wound pain,reduce wound exudation,promote granulation growth and wound healing in patients with anal fistula of damp-heat type.
