Analgesic effect of ropivacaine on perineal pain in parturients after natural delivery
Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of ropivacaine on perineal pain in parturients after natural delivery.Methods A total of 121 full-term singleton parturients admitted in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(61 cases)and observation group(60 cases)according to the random number table method.Five min before lateral episiotomy and 5 min before postpartum perineal repair,the control group was given lidocaine local infiltration anesthesia,and the observation group was given ropivacaine local infiltration anesthesia.The analgesic effect at different time after delivery,daily activity pain,neonatal birth,satisfaction and recovery were compared between the two groups.Results At 2,6,8 and 12 h after delivery,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);At 24 h after delivery,there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P＞0.05).At 10 h after delivery,the VAS scores of sitting,urination and sleep in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).At 1,5 and 10 min after delivery,there was no significant difference in neonatal Apgar score between the two groups(P＞0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00％,which was higher than 81.97％of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The proportion of re-application of analgesics and postpartum 3 d affecting activities in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);there was no significant difference in the proportion of urinary retention and poor healing after injury between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Ropivacaine local infiltration anesthesia can not only provide more effective and lasting analgesic effect for natural delivery parturients,improve the pain of daily activities of parturients,improve satisfaction,but also has certain safety.
