Application effect of optimized nursing mode constructed by ORTCC model in endoscopic submucosal dissection of digestive medicine department
Objective To explore the application effect of optimized nursing mode constructed by ORTCC model in endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)of digestive medicine department. Methods From February 2020 to March 2022,153 patients who received ESD treatment in the endoscopic diagnosis and treatment center of digestive medicine department in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into experimental group(n=77)and control group(n=76)according to the stratified randomization method. The control group adopted the routine nursing mode, and the experimental group adopted the optimized nursing mode constructed by ORTCC model. The operation related indicators, pain degree, quality of life, complications, anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups. Results The endoscopic placement time, operation time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss and medical expenses were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 12 and 24 h after operation, the Visual Analogue Score(VAS)score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of Quality of Life Core Scale 30(QOL-C30)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimized nursing mode constructed by ORTCC model can shorten the operation time of ESD,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss and the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of life and psychological state of patients.
