Influences of risk early warning intervention nursing based on feedforward control concept on the incidence of intraoperative risk events and stress response in patients with knee arthroplasty
Objective To investigate the influences of risk early warning intervention nursing based on feedforward control concept on the incidence of intraoperative risk events and stress response in patients with knee arthroplasty. Methods A total of 86 patients undergoing knee arthroplasty from January 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of operation, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine operating room nursing, and the observation group was given risk early warning intervention nursing based on feedforward control concept on the basis of the control group. The incidence of intraoperative risk events, stress response indexes and risk management scores of nursing staff were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of intraoperative risk events in the observation group was 4.65%,which was lower than 20.93%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the levels of epinephrine(E),norepinephrine(NE)and cortisol(Cor)between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention, the levels of E,NE and Cor in the two groups increased, but those in the observation group were lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of risk management awareness, risk management attitude, risk awareness and risk management behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine operating room nursing intervention, risk early warning intervention nursing based on feedforward control concept can not only reduce the incidence of intraoperative risk events and reduce stress response in patients with knee arthroplasty, but also improve the risk management ability of nursing staff, which is worthy of promotion.
