Effects of disease perception nursing based on self-regulation combined with dietary structure management on defecation and disease stress in patients with uremic maintenance hemodialysis
Objective To explore the application effect of disease perception nursing based on self-regulation combined with dietary structure management in patients with uremia maintenance hemodialysis. Methods A total of 200 patients with uremia maintenance hemodialysis admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given disease perception nursing based on self-regulation combined with dietary structure management. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the levels of serum creatinine(SCr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the items scores of constipation symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the items scores of the Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire(BIPQ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The disease perception nursing based on self-regulation combined with dietary structure management can improve the renal function of patients with uremic maintenance hemodialysis, promote the improvement of defecation and the reduction of disease pressure, which is worthy of promotion.
