Application effect of doctor-nurse-patient integrated special nursing in patients with head and face scar plastic repair surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of doctor-nurse-patient integrated special nursing in patients with head and face scar plastic repair surgery.Methods From February 2021 to December 2022,100 patients who underwent head and face scar plastic repair surgery in our hospital were randomly selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number remainder grouping method,with 50 cases in each group.During hospitalization,the two groups were given the same treatment and basic nursing.At the same time,the observation group was given doctor-nurse-patient integrated special nursing intervention,and the control group was given routine nursing intervention.The emotional level,psychological resilience,Self-rating Scale of Body Image(SSBI)score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the two groups decreased,and the score of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of SSBI in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than 78.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The doctor-nurse-patient integrated special nursing applied in patients with head and face scar plastic repair surgery can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients,improve psychological elasticity,improve body image disorder,and improve nursing satisfaction,it is worthy of popularization and application.
