Application effect of perioperative nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy theory in patients undergoing total hysterectomy
Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy theory in patients undergoing total hysterectomy. Methods A total of 164 patients who underwent total hysterectomy in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 82 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given perioperative nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy theory on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the score of General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of tenacity,self-improvement,optimism and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);at 24 h after operation, the Visual Analogue Score(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy theory can improve the negative emotions of patients undergoing total hysterectomy, enhance their self-efficacy and psychological resilience, reduce postoperative complications, relieve pain, and obtain good intervention effects.
