Influence of child interest health education on therapeutic effect of children with amblyopia
Objective To explore the influence of child interest health education on therapeutic effect of children with amblyopia.Methods A total of 120 children with amblyopia admitted in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group used the conventional health education,the study group used the child interest health education.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 6 months after intervention,the vision and diopter of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of intervention in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The compliance of training,covering,eye habits and cognitive of the children in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The compliance of supervision and examination,review as required,learning and cognitive of the family members of children in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The child interest health education applied in children with amblyopia has remarkable effect,which can promote vision recovery and improve the treatment compliance of children and parents.
