Application effect of 5S+PDCA management method in gastrointestinal endoscopy management
Objective To explore the application effect of 5S+PDCA management method in gastrointestinal endoscopy management.Methods The gastrointestinal endoscopy equipment with routine management method in our hospital from December 2021 to June 2022 was taken as control group(150 items),and the gastrointestinal endoscopy equipment with 5S+PDCA management method in our hospital from July 2022 to January 2023 was taken as observation group(150 items).There were 10 nursing staffs in the control group;there were 10 nursing staffs in the observation group.The management effect and incidence of adverse events of gastrointestinal endoscopy equipment were compared between the two groups;the mastery of gastrointestinal endoscopy management knowledge and job satisfaction of the two groups of nursing staff were compared.Results The qualified rate of decontamination,qualified rate of storage and effective utilization rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 0.67％,which was significantly lower than 5.33％in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of nursing theory,nursing practice and nursing skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The job satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The 5S+PDCA management method in gastrointestinal endoscopy management has a significant application effect,it can improve the management effect of gastrointestinal endoscopy,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve the knowledge mastery and job satisfaction of nursing staff,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
