Application effect of comprehensive nursing management in the quality management of unpaid blood donation in blood stations and its influences on the success rate of one-time puncture and the risk of adverse events after blood collection
Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive nursing management in the quality management of unpaid blood donation in blood stations and its influences on the success rate of one-time puncture and the risk of adverse events after blood collection.Methods A total of 586 unpaid blood donors in blood station from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 293 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine management,and the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing management on the basis of the control group.The success rate of one-time puncture,the occurrence of adverse events after blood collection and the score of blood donation self-rating scale were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of one-time puncture in the observation group was 97.27%,which was higher than 92.49%in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events after blood collection in the observation group was 0.68%,which was lower than 3.07%in the control group(P<0.05).After management,the scores of blood donation cognition,emotion before blood donation,blood donation perception and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing management in the quality management of unpaid blood donation in blood stations has significant application effect,it can not only improve the success rate of one-time puncture,reduce the risk of adverse events after blood collection,but also significantly improve the psychological feelings of unpaid blood donors,which is worthy of application and promotion.
