Research progress of continuous nursing of peritoneal dialysis patients at home under the background of"Internet+nursing"
Foreign research on Internet+peritoneal dialysis(PD)continuous nursing mainly focuses on product development and home application.Domestic research on continuous nursing services is mainly carried out through remote home PD health management service platform,cloud follow-up and social media-WeChat platform.Each research method and technology has its own characteristics and scope of application.When choosing appropriate methods and technologies,it is necessary to consider factors such as research purpose,research object and resource feasibility.At the same time,the operability of the technology and patient acceptance should be evaluated.Although the domestic Internet+PD continuous nursing service has shortcomings in many aspects,its impact on the self-management,quality of life,treatment effect and social and economic benefits of PD patients at home has great potential,which needs to be further explored and optimized.It is suggested that in the application research of peritoneal dialysis Internet+continuous nursing,functional exploration can be increased in technology application and platform display,so as to promote the practical application and promotion of Internet+continuous nursing.This paper summarizes the literature information,introduces the related concepts,the research status of PD continuous nursing,the advantages and disadvantages of different research methods and technologies in applied research,and the problems commonly reflected in the current research in this field,and summarizes the current research status of home PD continuous nursing based on the background of"Internet+nursing"at home and abroad,and provides guidance and reference for further promoting the research on continuous nursing of PD patients at home in China.
