Analysis of risk factors for recurrent hemorrhage of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage
Objective To study the risk factors for recurrent hemorrhage of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH),and to provide references for disease prevention and prognosis evaluation. Methods A total of 588 patients with HICH admitted in Ankang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects, and 570 patients were finally included according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The clinical data of the patients were collected, and univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to explore the independent risk factors affecting HICH recurrent hemorrhage. Results The results of univariate analysis showed that the age, smoking history, onset season,TCM constitution, coronary heart disease, diabetes, cerebral infarction, discharge blood pressure, bleeding volume and homocysteine(Hcy)of HICH recurrence patients were significantly different from those of non-recurrence patients(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age>65 years old, history of coronary heart disease, diabetes, cerebral infarction and abnormal blood pressure at discharge were independent risk factors for recurrent hemorrhage of HICH(P=0.013,0.044,0.038,0.009,0.003).Conclusion Advanced age, history of coronary heart disease, diabetes, cerebral infarction and abnormal blood pressure at discharge are independent risk factors for recurrent hemorrhage in HICH patients.
