Clinical effect of precision biliary surgery in the treatment of gallbladder cancer
Objective To compare the clinical effects of precision biliary surgery and traditional surgery in the treatment of gallbladder cancer. Methods A total of 120 patients with gallbladder cancer from January 2016 to June 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different surgical treatment methods, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received traditional surgery treatment, and the observation group received precision biliary surgery. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, first exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group, and the number of lymph node dissection was more than that of the control group(P<0.05).On the third day after operation, the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the third day after operation, the levels of carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At discharge, the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire(EORTC QLQ-C30)and Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The two-year survival rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The precision biliary surgery in the treatment of gallbladder cancer has a significant clinical effect.
