Objective To investigate the effect of nicergoline combined with coenzyme Q10 and aspirin in the treatment of migraine and its influences on neurotransmitters levels. Methods A total of 68 patients with migraine admitted from July 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with coenzyme Q10 and aspirin, and the observation group was treated with nicergoline on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the level of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the levels of neuropeptide Y(NPY)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of the Migraine Disability Assessment Questionnaire(MIDAS)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin-1(ET-1)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nicergoline combined with coenzyme Q10 and aspirin in the treatment of migraine has a satisfactory effect. It can adjust the secretion of neurotransmitters and improve the levels of nerve factors and vascular endothelial function, which is worthy of clinical vigorous promotion and application.
