Effect of Sihong Quban decoction combined with fire needle on chloasma of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type and its influence on skin barrier function
Objective To explore the effect of Sihong Quban decoction combined with fire needle on chloasma of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type and its influence on skin barrier function.Methods A total of 80 patients with chloasma of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type admitted in our department from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by digital method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fire needle,and the observation group was treated with Sihong Quban decoction combined with fire needle.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the skin lesion area score,skin lesion color score and total skin lesion score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of substance P(SP),melanophore stimulating hormone(MSH)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the sebum content and stratum corneum water content in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the trans-epidermal water loss(TEWL)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sihong Qub an decoction combined with fire needle in the treatment of chloasma of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the skin symptom score,promote the improvement of antioxidant capacity and skin barrier function of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
