Clinical effect of compound Xuanju capsule in the treatment of patients with recurrent implantation failure and its influence on endometrial receptivity
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound Xuanju capsule in the treatment of patients with recurrent implantation failure(RIF)and its influence on endometrial receptivity.Methods A total of 116 patients who underwent in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)in the reproductive medicine center of our hospital,diagnosed as kidney Yang deficiency by TCM syndrome differentiation after repated implantation failure,and planned to undergo embryo transfer again.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(55 cases)and control group(61 cases).The treatment group was treated with compound Xuanju capsule combined with artificial cycle endometrial preparation,and the control group was treated with artificial cycle endometrial preparation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The estradiol(E2)level and endometrial thickness in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in progesterone(P)level and endometrial type between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in embryo implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate,abortion rate and ectopic pregnancy rate between the two groups(P>0.05);the live birth rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Xuanju capsule can significantly improve the endometrial receptivity indexes of RIF patients,such as E2 and endometrial thickness,and improve the live birth rate.
