Clinical effect of Jiegu decoction in the treatment of patients with humeral intercondylar fracture and its influence on the recovery of joint function
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Jie gudecotion in the treatment of patients with humeral intercondylar fracture and its influence on the recovery of joint function.Methods A total of 100 patients with humeral intercondylar fracture admitted from January to December 2021 were selected and divided into routine group(50 cases,routine surgical treatment)and observation group(50 cases,routine surgery + Jie gu decotion treatment)by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The swelling regression time,hospitalization time and bone healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the routine group,and the elbow flexion activity and elbow function score were higher than those of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of thirst,swelling,constipation,ecchymosis and pain in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Jie gu decotion in the treatment of patients with humeral intercondylar fracture has an ideal effect,which can effecticely promote the recovery of joint function.
