Effects of refined management based on risk assessment on risk events,stress level and nursing quality after cholecystolithiasis surgery
Objective To analyze the effects of refined management based on risk assessment on risk events,stress level and nursing quality after cholecystolithiasis surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with cholecystolithiasis admitted in hepatobiliary surgery department of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the different nursing management methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given refined management based on risk assessment on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 5 d after operation,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 d after operation,the levels of epinephrine(E),norepinephrine(NE)and cortisol(COR)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of nursing quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined management based on risk assessment can effectively reduce patients'negative emotions,stress levels and the incidence of risk events,and improve comfort and quality of nursing.
