Effects of family participatory core intervention strategy combined with early moderate exercise on degree of disease knowledge and bone mineral density in patients with osteoporotic hip fracture
Objective To analyze the application effect of family participatory core intervention strategy combined with early moderate exercise in patients with osteoporotic hip fracture. Methods A total of 120 patients with osteoporotic hip fracture admitted from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received family participatory core intervention strategy combined with early moderate exercise on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of disease cognition, complication knowledge, living habits and drug/disease contraindications in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the bone mineral density(BMD)and osteocalcin(OC)level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the Harris hip function score and active range of motion of hip joint in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family participatory core intervention strategy combined with early moderate exercise can improve the degree of disease knowledge, improve BMD and promote the recovery of hip joint function in patients with osteoporotic hip fracture, which is worthy of promotion.
