Construction and application of standardized management scheme of early activity in postoperative management of elderly patients with hip fracture
Objective To explore the construction and application of standardized management scheme of early activity in postoperative management of elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with hip fracture admitted in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were retrospectively selected and divided into routine management group and standardized management group according to postoperative management methods, with 50 cases in each group. The routine management group implemented the routine management scheme, and the standardized management group implemented the standardized management scheme of early activity. The excellent and good rate of management, postoperative recovery indexes, hip joint function, walking function, activities of daily living ability, quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of management in the standardized management group was 92.00%,which was higher than 76.00%in the routine management group(P<0.05).The time of first postoperative exercise on the ground and hospital stay in the standardized management group were shorter than those in the routine management group, and the postoperative walking distance at 3 d was longer than that in the routine management group(P<0.05).After management, the scores of Harris,Holden and Activities of Daily Living Scale(ADL)in the two groups were higher than those before management, and those in the standardized management group were higher than the routine management group(P<0.05).After management, the scores of pain/discomfort and anxiety/depression in the two groups were lower than those before management, the scores of self-care,mobility and daily living ability were higher than those before management, and those in the standardized management group were better than the routine management group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the standardized management group was 88.00%,which was higher than 72.00%of the routine management group(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized management scheme of early activity in postoperative management of elderly patients with hip fracture has significant application effect.
