Effects of rehabilitation intervention based on fracture liaison service on self-efficacy and hip function recovery in patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of femur
Objective To explore the effects of rehabilitation intervention based on fracture liaison service(FLS)on self-efficacy and hip joint function in patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of femur. Methods A total of 100 patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of femur admitted from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group(50 cases, routine nursing)and observation group(50 cases, routine nursing + rehabilitation intervention based on FLS).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)and Harris Hip Score(HSS)in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of physical, social, psychological and material life status in the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of secondary fracture was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of rehabilitation intervention based on FLS in the clinical treatment of patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of femur can improve self-efficacy and treatment compliance, obtain obvious improvement of hip joint function, and effectively reduce the incidence of secondary fractures.
