Effects of nursing intervention based on chronic disease trajectory model combined with empathy nursing on disease control and disease self-perceived burden of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on chronic disease trajectory model combined with empathy nursing on disease control and disease self-perceived burden in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 114 patients with COPD admitted in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 57 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on chronic disease trajectory model combined with empathy nursing on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on chronic disease trajectory model combined with empathy nursing can not only strengthen the disease control of COPD patients, reduce the burden of disease self-perception,but also improve their psychological state, which is worthy of promotion.
