Effects of integrated medical and nursing work model on stress indexes and intestinal function recovery in patients with ileostomy
Objective To explore the effects of integrated medical and nursing work model on stress indexes and intestinal function recovery in patients with ileostomy. Methods From February 2022 to January 2023,82 patients who underwent ileostomy in our hospital were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(42 cases)by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given integrated medical and nursing work model. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, there were no significant differences in the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and cortisol(Cor)between the two groups(P>0.05);on the 5th day after operation, the levels of FBG,CRP,IL-6 and Cor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds and the first exhaust time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated medical and nursing work model can reduce the stress response of patients with ileostomy, promote the recovery of intestinal function, and help patients return to society as soon as possible.
