Effects of time management nursing procedure combined with empathy intervention on psychological elasticity and comfort of patients with myoma of uterus after hysterectomy
Objective To explore the effects of time management nursing procedure combined with empathy intervention on psychological elasticity and comfort of patients with myoma of uterus after hysterectomy.Methods Fifty-six patients with myoma of uterus after hysterectomy treated from June 2017 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received time management nursing procedure combined with empathy intervention on the basis of control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Connor Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the comfort and World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative urinary tract complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Time management nursing procedure combined with empathy intervention can improve the psychological elasticity and comfort of patients with myoma of uterus after hysterectomy,improve the quality of life and reduce the risk of postoperative urinary tract complications,which is worthy of promotion.
