Effects of fun games combined with family education-environmental improvement nursing mode on the treatment coordination and symptom control situation of children with asthma
Objective To explore the effects of fun games combined with family education-environmental improvement nursing mode on the treatment coordination and symptom control situation of children with asthma.Methods A total of 150 children with asthma admitted in our department from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given fun games combined with family education-environmental improvement nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment cooperation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of activity limitation,wheezing symptoms,asthma control and self-assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of symptoms,emotional function and activity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The fun games combined with family education-environmental improvement nursing mode can improve the treatment coordination and symptom control effect of children with asthma,and can also improve their pulmonary function and quality of life,which is worth popularizing.
