A qualitative research on students'learning experience of Gynecology and Obstetrics Nursing blended teaching mode based on school-hospital cooperation under the background of new medical
Objective To understand the learning experience of students under the blended teaching mode of Gynecology and Obstetrics Nursing based on school-hospital cooperation under the background of new medicine,so as to provide reference for the teaching reform of Gynecology and Obstetrics Nursing.Methods Qualitative research method was adopted,in December 2022,25 nursing undergraduates of grade 2020 who had completed their study in the blended teaching mode of Gynecology and Obstetrics Nursing based on school-hospital cooperation were interviewed semi-structured,and the interview data were analyzed by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results According to the analysis results of interview data,the following four themes were sorted out:the blended teaching mode of Gynecology and Obstetrics Nursing based on school-hospital cooperation in the context of new medicine has a positive impact on students,the influencing factors of teaching effect,the problems and challenges faced,and the prospect of the teaching mode.The blended teaching mode has been recognized by students for improving students'self-directed learning ability and learning quality,but at the same time,it faces problems such as long learning time,high requirements for students'critical thinking,and limited school network teaching resources.The teaching effect of blended teaching mode is influenced by teaching equipment and network teaching resources,curriculum design,teachers'comprehensive ability and students'own learning ability and adaptability.Conclusion The students in the blended teaching mode occupy the dominant position in learning,which improves the learning quality of students,but there are adaptability differences among students.The exploration of this teaching mode in our school is still in the primary stage,and there are still some shortcomings in all aspects.Therefore,students put forward their own expectations and suggestions on this teaching mode,hoping that in the future,the school will optimize the function of teaching platform,improve the network teaching resources,and find a teaching method with high adaptability to students.
