摘要
目的 分析伢典凝胶去龋法联合氟化泡沫治疗小儿乳牙龋齿的效果.方法 选择我院 2020 年 1 月至 2021 年 12 月收治的 160 例乳牙龋齿患儿作为研究对象,以随机法将其分为常规组(80 例,氟化泡沫治疗)和观察组(80例,伢典凝胶去龋法联合氟化泡沫治疗).比较两组的治疗效果.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于常规组(P＜0.05).观察组的意外穿髓率及并发症总发生率均显著低于常规组(P＜0.05).观察组的咀嚼功能恢复优良率显著高于常规组(P＜0.05).观察组的0级、Ⅰ级疼痛程度占比显著高于常规组,Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级及Ⅳ级疼痛程度占比显著低于常规组(P＜0.05).治疗前,两组的咬合力及健康调查简表(SF-36)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗后,观察组的咬合力及SF-36评分均显著高于常规组(P＜0.05).结论 伢典凝胶去龋法联合氟化泡沫治疗小儿乳牙龋齿可取得安全高效的理想效果.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of carisolv gel caries removal combined with fluoride foam in the treatment of deciduous teeth caries in children.Methods A total of 160 children with deciduous teeth caries admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.The children were randomly divided into routine group(80 cases,fluoride foam treatment)and observation group(80 cases,carisolv gel caries removal combined with fluoride foam treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The accidental pith perforation rate and the total incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of masticatory function recovery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The proportion of grade 0 and gradeⅠ pain in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the routine group,and the proportion of grade Ⅱ,grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅳ pain in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in bite force and the MOS Item Short From Health Survey(SF-36)score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the bite force and SF-36 score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carisolv gel caries removal combined with fluoride foam in the treatment of deciduous teeth caries in children can achieve safe and efficient ideal effect.
