Effect of modified Yupingfeng powder assisted BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection in the treatment of patients with allergic dermatitis and its influences on the levels of T lymphocyte subsets
Objective To explore the effect of modified Yupingfeng powder assisted BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection in the treatment of patients with allergic dermatitis.Methods A total of 150 patients with allergic dermatitis who were treated in hospital from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected and divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The group A was treated with BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection,and the group B was treated with modified Yupingfeng powder on the basis of the group A treatment.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the group B was higher than that in the group A,and the recurrence rate within 3 months of follow-up was lower than that in the group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD3+ and CD4+ in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the CD8+ was lower than that before treatment,and those of the group B were better than the group A(P<0.05).The disappearance time of pruritus and rash in the group B were shorter than those in the group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and that in the group B was lower than the group A(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The modified Yupingfeng powder assisted BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection in the treatment of patients with allergic dermatitis can reduce the recurrence of the disease,improve the levels of T lymphocyte subsets,accelerate the disappearance of symptoms,and improve their quality of life.
