Objective To investigate the effect of Buzhong Yiqi pills combined with sacral nerve S2-S4 magnetic stimulation in the treatment of interstitial cystitis(IC).Methods A total of 126 patients with IC who were admitted from January 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with sacral nerve S2-S4 magnetic stimulation,the control group was given oral placebo on this basis,and the experimental group was given oral Buzhong Yiqi pills on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The cure rate and remission rate of pain in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate of urinary frequency in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate of more frequent nocturia in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi pills combined with sacral nerve S2-S4 magnetic stimulation in the treatment of IC has a significant effect,it can reduce the degree of pelvic pain and improve the symptoms of frequent urination and nocturia,which is worthy of furtter clinical promotion and application.
