Clinical study of Xiaoxuming decoction in the treatment of post-stroke fatigue and its regulating effect on Hcy level
Objective To observe the effect of Xiaoxuming decoction in the treatment of post-stroke fatigue(PSF)and its secondary prevention value for stroke.Methods A total of 72 patients with PSF who were treated in the No.3 acupuncture and moxibustion department of Shaanxi Provincial Hospital of C hinese Medicine from October 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given basic western medicine treatment and acupuncture rehabilitation treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Xiaoxuming decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of neurological deficit degree,Fatigue Severity Scale(FSS)and energy between the two groups(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of neurological deficit degree and FSS in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the energy score was higher than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the FSS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the energy score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in homocysteine(Hcy)level between the two groups(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of Hcy in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and that in the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoxuming decoction in the treatment of PSF has significant effect,and it is helpful to reduce the level of Hcy,which is of great significance to the secondary prevention of stroke.
