Clinical effect of imbricate suture of anterior wall of lower uterine segment in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women with scar uterus complicated with placenta previa and placenta accreta
Objective To observe the clinical effect of imbricate suture of anterior wall of lower uterine segment in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women with scar uterus complicated with placenta previa and placenta accreta. Methods A total of 100 pregnant women diagnosed with scar uterus complicated with placenta previa and placenta accreta from January 2020 to January 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into experimental group(50 cases, imbricate suture of anterior wall of lower uterine segment)and control group(50 cases, traditional local"8"suture)according to surgical treatment. The hemostatic effect, clinical indexes, hemoglobin level and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of hemostasis in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, the red blood cell infusion volume, plasma infusion volume, total bleeding volume at 24 h after operation, intraoperative and postoperative oxytocin dosage, and intraoperative and postoperative hemabate dosage were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional local"8"suture,the imbricate suture of anterior wall of lower uterine segment can provide some new ideas for the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women with scar uterus complicated with placenta previa and placenta accreta, which is a safe and effective method for the treatment of these patients.
