Application effect of staged psychological intervention in interventional embolization of liver cancer and its influences on pain and quality of life of patients
Objective To explore the application effect of staged psychological intervention in interventional embolization of liver cancer and its influences on pain and quality of life of patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with primary liver cancer who underwent interventional embolization of liver cancer from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given staged psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Visual Analogue Score(VAS)and Piper Fatigue Scale(PFS)in the two groups significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the two groups increased,the CD8+ decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Generic Quality of Life Inventor-74(GQOLI-74)in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Staged psychological intervention during interventional embolization of liver cancer can significantly improve the negative emotional control effect of patients,better relieve pain,reduce cancer fatigue and psychological stress,and improve immune function and quality of life.
