Application effect of stepped rehabilitation nursing guided by the ERAS concept in patients with ACL injury of knee joint and its influences on pain and knee joint function recovery
Objective To explore the application effect of stepped rehabilitation nursing guided by the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in patients with anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)injury of knee joint and its influences on pain and knee joint function recovery. Methods A total of 78 patients with ACL injury of knee joint who were treated from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received stepped rehabilitation nursing guided by the ERAS concept on the basis of routine nursing. The rehabilitation training compliance, complications, knee joint pain and swelling, and knee joint function recovery were compared between the two groups. Results The total compliance rate of rehabilitation training in the observation group was 94.87%,which was higher than 76.92%in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.13%,which was lower than 20.51%in the control group(P<0.05).At 7 d after operation, the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and swelling value of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the Lysholm knee scores in all aspects of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The stepped rehabilitation nursing guided by the ERAS concept can improve the rehabilitation training compliance of patients with ACL injury of knee joint, effectively relieve their pain and swelling symptoms, reduce the occurrence of complications, and promote the effective recovery of knee joint function.
