Effects of self-care management based on empowerment theory combined with comprehensive pain nursing on pain degree and self-care ability of patients after laparoscopic myomectomy
Objective To analyze the application effect of self-care management based on empowerment theory combined with comprehensive pain nursing in postoperative nursing of laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods A total of 200 patients after laparoscopic myomectomy in our hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received routine postoperative nursing, while the observation group received self-care management based on empowerment theory combined with comprehensive pain nursing on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the levels of bradykinin(BK),neuropeptide Y(NPY),β-endorphin(β-EP)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-care management based on empowerment theory combined with comprehensive pain nursing applied in postoperative nursing of laparoscopic myomectomy can reduce the pain degree of patients, improve self-care ability and decrease the incidence of postoperative complications.
