基于赋能理论的自我护理管理结合全方位疼痛护理对腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术后患者疼痛程度及自护能力的影响

摘要
目的 分析基于赋能理论的自我护理管理结合全方位疼痛护理在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术后护理中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 2 月我院收治的 200 例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术后患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组 100 例.对照组接受术后常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上加施基于赋能理论的自我护理管理结合全方位疼痛护理.比较两组的干预效果.结果 干预后,观察组的缓激肽(BK)、神经肽Y(NPY)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)水平及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05).干预后,观察组的自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)各维度评分均高于对照(P＜0.05).观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 基于赋能理论的自我护理管理结合全方位疼痛护理用于腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术后护理中,可减轻患者的疼痛程度,提高自护能力,降低术后并发症发生率.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of self-care management based on empowerment theory combined with comprehensive pain nursing in postoperative nursing of laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods A total of 200 patients after laparoscopic myomectomy in our hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine postoperative nursing,while the observation group received self-care management based on empowerment theory combined with comprehensive pain nursing on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the levels of bradykinin(BK),neuropeptide Y(NPY),β-endorphin(β-EP)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-care management based on empowerment theory combined with comprehensive pain nursing applied in postoperative nursing of laparoscopic myomectomy can reduce the pain degree of patients,improve self-care ability and decrease the incidence of postoperative complications.
