Objective To investigate the application effect of low-intensity aerobic training + dietary management in uremic patients with high-flux hemodialysis. Methods A total of 90 uremia patients with high-flux hemodialysis admitted in our hospital from March 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given dietary management, and the observation group was given low-intensity aerobic training on the basis of the control group. The nutritional indexes, skeletal muscle content, bone mineral content, fatigue, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the levels of hemoglobin(Hb),albumin(ALB)and prealbumin(PA)in the observation group were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05);after intervention, the levels of Hb,ALB and PA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the skeletal muscle and bone mineral content of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of physical fatigue and mental fatigue in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of the MOS 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)and Kidney Disease-Targeted Areas(KDTA)in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-intensity aerobic training + dietary management can improve the nutritional status of uremic patients with high-flux hemodialysis, increase bone quality, relieve fatigue, improve quality of life, and improve satisfaction.
