Application value of patient demand-oriented phased intervention combined with knowledge-belief-practice health education in maintenance hemodialysis arteriovenous fistula nursing
Objective To explore the application value of patient demand-oriented phased intervention combined with knowledge-belief-practice health education in maintenance hemodialysis arteriovenous fistula nursing. Methods A total of 87 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis after arteriovenous fistula surgery admitted in hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(44 cases). The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received patient demand-oriented phased intervention combined with knowledge-belief-practice health education on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of symptom management and prevention of complications in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the inner diameter and blood flow of the cephalic vein in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of arteriovenous fistula function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The patient demand-oriented phased intervention combined with knowledge-belief-practice health education can improve the self-care behavior of arteriovenous fistula in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis after arteriovenous fistula surgery, maintain the inner diameter and blood flow of the cephalic vein, and reduce the dysfunction of the internal fistula, which is worthy of promotion.
