Effects of personalized psychological nursing combined with family nursing on mental health and quality of life in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion
Objective To explore the effects of personalized psychological nursing combined with family nursing on mental health and quality of life in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods A total of 106 RSA patients admitted in our hospital from July 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group(53 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(53 cases,routine nursing + personalized psychological nursing + family nursing).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of each dimension of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Family APGAR Scale(APGAR)and Perceived Social Support from Family Scale(PSS-Fa)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of World Health Organization Quality of Life Bref Questionnaires(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized psychological nursing combined with family nursing can improve the mental health,family function and quality of life of RSA patients,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
