Influences of continuous nursing guided by interactive attainment theory combined with knowledge, belief and behavior intervention on blood glucose control and healthy behavior in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus
Objective To study the influences of continuous nursing guided by interactive attainment theory combined with knowledge, belief and behavior intervention on blood glucose control and healthy behavior in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 80 GDM patients admitted from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given continuous nursing guided by interactive attainment theory combined with knowledge, belief and behavior intervention on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hours postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the blood glucose blood glucose control compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing guided by interactive attainment theory combined with knowledge, belief and behavior intervention can not only effectively improve the blood glucose control and health behavior of GDM patients, but also improve their self-care ability.
