Subprostrate sophora has a long history of use in China,with high medicinal value,but it also has certain toxic effects.This paper retrospectively analyzed the case data of 4 adult patients with adverse reactions caused by subprostrate sophora from September 2019 to October 2022,and explored the characteristics,occurrence mechanism and preventive measures of adverse reactions of subprostrate sophora,in order to provide reference for clinical rational and safe use of subprostrate sophora.
