Construction of early warning model of perimenopausal knee osteoarthritis in women
Objective To understand the influencing factors of perimenopausal knee osteoarthritis(KOA)in women,to establish an early warning model of perimenopausal KOA,and to test its efficacy. Methods A retrospective investigation was conducted on 1 276 perimenopausal women admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021.The influencing factors of the occurrence of KOA in perimenopausal women were analyzed by univariate analysis, multivariate analysis and nomogram. Results Logistic regression analysis results showed that weight,high-intensity exercise of knee joint, deficiency syndrome of liver and kidney,interlenkin-1(IL-1)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were all risk factors for the occurrence of KOA in perimenopausal women, while estradiol(E2)was protective factor(P<0.05).The analysis of the column chart showed that high-intensity exercise of knee joint, deficiency syndrome of liver and kidney, weight gain, increase of IL-1 and TNF-α levels, and decrease of E2 level had significant predictive value for the occurrence of KOA in perimenopausal women. Conclusion The early warning model based on perimenopausal KOA in women has relatively accurate prediction ability, high comprehensive prediction accuracy, and can be used in multi-regional population through probability calculation.
