Current situation and influencing factors analysis of complications in patients with acute drug poisoning undergoing gastric lavage
Objective To investigate the current situation of complications in patients with acute drug poisoning undergoing gastric lavage, and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods A total of 107 patients with acute drug poisoning admitted in our hospital from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects. All patients received gastric lavage and were divided into occurrence group and non-occurrence group according to whether complications occurred. The general data of patients were collected on the day of admission. The related factors of complications in patients with acute drug poisoning undergoing gastric lavage were screened by single factor analysis, and the influencing factors of complications were explored by Logistic regression analysis. Results The incidence of complications in 107 patients with acute drug poisoning undergoing gastric lavage was 24.30%.The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in age, underlying diseases,Glasgow Coma Score(GCS)score, and time from poisoning to rescue between the two groups(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis results showed that age, underlying disease,GCS score, and time from poisoning to rescue were influencing factors for complications in patients with acute drug poisoning undergoing gastric lavage(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of complications in patients with acute drug poisoning undergoing gastric lavage is high.Age,underlying disease,GCS score, and time from poisoning to rescue are all influencing factors for complications in patients with acute drug poisoning undergoing gastric lavage.Clinical monitoring should be strengthened, and targeted strateg should be taken to prevent and control complications and improve prognosis.
