丹参多酚酸联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的效果及对血小板活化因子的影响

目的 探讨丹参多酚酸联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)的效果及对血小板活化因子(PAF)的影响。方法 选取2019 年3月至2022 年 5 月收治的 100 例AIS患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。两组患者入院后均根据病情给予对症治疗,同时对照组给予阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加丹参多酚酸治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0。05)。治疗后,观察组的PAF、α颗粒膜糖蛋白 140(GMP-140)、β-血小板球蛋白(β-TG)及血小板第 4 因子(PF4)水平均低于对照组(P<0。05)。治疗后,观察组的神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)水平低于对照组,神经生长因子(NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平高于对照组(P<0。05)。结论 丹参多酚酸联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓能有效降低AIS患者的PAF水平,减轻神经缺损程度,促进神经功能恢复,提高治疗效果,值得推广。
Effect of salvianolic acid combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke and its influence on platelet activating factor
Objective To investigate the effect of salvianolic acid combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke(AIS)and its influence on platelet activating factor(PAF).Methods A total of 100 AIS patients admitted from March 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.After admission,the two groups of patients were given symptomatic treatment according to the condition,at the same time,the control group was given alteplase intravenous thrombolytic therapy,and the observation group was treated with salvianolic acid on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PAF,granule membrane protein-140(GMP-140),β-thromboglobulin(β-TG)and platelet factor 4(PF4)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of nerve growth factor(NGF)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Salvianolic acid combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis can effectively reduce the PAF level of AIS patients,reduce the degree of nerve defect,promote the recovery of nerve function,and improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of promotion.
