Effect of salvianolic acid combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke and its influence on platelet activating factor
Objective To investigate the effect of salvianolic acid combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke(AIS)and its influence on platelet activating factor(PAF).Methods A total of 100 AIS patients admitted from March 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. After admission, the two groups of patients were given symptomatic treatment according to the condition,at the same time, the control group was given alteplase intravenous thrombolytic therapy, and the observation group was treated with salvianolic acid on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of PAF,granule membrane protein-140(GMP-140),β-thromboglobulin(β-TG)and platelet factor 4(PF4)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of nerve growth factor(NGF)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Salvianolic acid combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis can effectively reduce the PAF level of AIS patients, reduce the degree of nerve defect, promote the recovery of nerve function, and improve the therapeutic effect, which is worthy of promotion.
