Effect of intervertebral foramen surgery under epidural anesthesia with low concentration ropivacaine in prone position in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation
Objective To analyze the effect of intervertebral foramen surgery under epidural anesthesia with low concentration ropivacaine in prone position in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by intervertebral foramen surgery from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random method, the patients were divided into routine group(40 cases, treated by intervertebral foramen surgery under local infiltration anesthesia with lidocaine in right lateral position)and observation group(40 cases, treated by intervertebral foramen surgery under epidural anesthesia with low concentration ropivacaine in prone position). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before anesthesia(T0),there were no significant differences in heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),central venous pressure(CVP),mean arterial pressure(MAP)and bispectral index(BIS)between the two groups(P>0.05);from skin incision(T1)to extubation(T4),the HR,SBP,DBP,CVP and MAP in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group, and BIS was lower than that in the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After anesthesia recovery, there was no significant difference in Visual Analogue Score(VAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05);at 6,12 and 24 h after operation, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of hypotension and dizziness between the two groups(P>0.05);the incidence of bradycardia, respiratory depression and nausea and vomiting in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervertebral foramen surgery under epidural anesthesia with low concentration ropivacaine in prone position treated with lumbar disc herniation can effectively stabilize the vital signs of patients, ensure the anesthesia index of patients, reduce postoperative pain, reduce intraoperative respiratory and circulatory inhibition and postoperative adverse reactions, and achieve ideal surgical results.
