Efects of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion and massage intervention on postoperative neurological function and daily living ability of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage undergoing surgery treatment
Objective To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion and massage intervention on postoperative neurological function and daily living ability of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage undergoing surgery treatment. Methods A total of 90 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who underwent surgery treatment in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine intervention after operation, and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion and massage intervention on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of mental disorder, hemidysesthesia, speech disorder, headache and vertigo in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of S100 calcium-binding protein B(S100 B)and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the scores of Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA)and Activities of Daily Living(ADL)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion and massage applied in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve TCM symptoms and serological indicators, improve neurological function and cognitive function, and further improve motor function and daily living ability.
