Effects of perioperative psychological nursing combined with comprehensive heat preservation nursing on physiological and psychological stress in elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative psychological nursing combined with comprehensive heat preservation nursing in elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery. Methods A total of 52 elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery admitted in our hospital from September 2021 to August 2022 were randomly divided into control group(26 cases, routine nursing)and observation group(26 cases, routine nursing+perioperative psychological nursing+comprehensive heat preservation nursing). The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The spontaneous breathing recovery time, eye opening time and recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).At the operation was performed for 30 min(T3),the body temperature of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the levels of cortisol(Cor),epinephrine(E)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale(WEM-WBS)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale(CES-D)score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative psychological nursing combined with comprehensive heat preservation nursing can shorten the spontaneous breathing recovery time, eye opening time and recovery time of elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery, reduce the incidences of hypothermia and complications of general anesthesia, and improve physiological and psychological stress response of patients.
